Lauren Storeby & Tiffany Helton
Lauren Storeby grew up in the restaurant industry. As a hospitality enthusiast raised in restaurants, she shifted from apparel to restaurant ownership in 2017 with Snack Attack. During the pandemic, she co-founded The Online Restaurant Academy, aiding fellow owners. Subsequently, she launched Happy Trails Coffee Co., a local coffee and bakery cafe. Beyond her businesses, Lauren cherishes time with her husband and two children.
Tiffany Helton, Tiffany Helton is an experienced business owner who thrives on helping others. Tiffany started her career at a young age in the restaurant industry. As she moved through life, working hard, she knew that the hospitality industry was for her. In 2010 she met her business partner and went on to open up Stuft Burger Bar in Old Town Fort Collins. Since then she has opened up several other business including a brewery and a food truck. She most recently has co-founded Online Restaurant Academy which is an educational platform aimed at teaching hospitality leadership, mentorship and entrepreneurship skills. She enjoys any sport and spending time with her family.
Online Restaurant Academy is an online educational platform aimed at helping hospitality leaders and entrepreneurs thrive. Founded in 2020, ORA creates custom learning modules for the hospitality industry. ORA’s programs are a combination of online curriculum and online coaching. ORA has partnerships nationwide. Partners include Kansas SBDC, Larimer SBDC, Texas Tech, and the City of Fort Collins. ORA works to create custom programs tailored specifically for each region. Their most recent project was a grant-funded partnership with the Colorado Workforce Development Center, the Chamber of Commerce, and the Hospitality Sector Partnership. They look to continue to grow and expand significantly in 2025.
